MaskEX recently announced its plan to build a smart city in the UAE and has made changes to its leadership. The CEO, Eric Yang, has announced the appointment of Abylaikhan Azhibek as the CEO of the CIS region. This appointment is a strategic move to help lead and manage the development and growth of the CIS region.

MaskEX is a cryptocurrency wallet and trading platform that caters to both new and experienced traders while ensuring complete privacy and data protection. Founded in 2021, MaskEX currently has over 9 million users worldwide.

Over the course of the previous year, the company has received significant attention from traders and investors within the UAE and CIS markets. Sheikh Hamad Rakadh Salem Hamad Alameri, a well-known Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) member of the Royal Family in Abu Dhabi, became a MaskEX Shareholder with the goal of developing a smart city in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As it moves forward in its ambitious goal of building a smart city, MaskEX has developed an innovative smart payment system and formed partnerships with a plethora of companies, all of whom have subsequently enrolled in the company's merchant program.

After completing its strategy and implementation for the UAE market, MaskEX decided to implement its growth plan and also extend this technology to the CIS region. To champion this cause, the company appointed Abylaikhan Azhibek as the CEO of MaskEX in the CIS region. Azhibek brings nearly 10 years of leadership experience and expertise in crisis management through his extensive work experience across Asia he helped international companies to operate their businesses efficiently.

After investing in NFTs when the market was still in its infancy, he founded a mining equipment company ASIKI.KZ, that quickly became the market leader in the CIS region under his leadership.

His extensive experience of living in Asia, Europe, and many CIS countries allows him to effectively use his networking and communication skills to work with the locals in this region. Abylaikhan is a  leader who shares a common vision with MaskEX -  making life easier for people by creating innovative technologies.
